We offer two separate ceremony locations, both offering beautiful landscape views of the golf course. Set in a quiet corner of the course is our gazebo; simple and classic, it can be incorporated into any décor scheme, or looks beautiful on its own. Our covered breezeway provides a backup location in case of inclement weather, and adds an architectural aspect to the ceremony.
For couples that choose to get ready on site, we have a brand new bridal room which provides all the necessities for wedding day preparations: showers, hair dryers, storage, full-length mirrors and comfortable chairs. After the ceremony, our venue offers a myriad of locations for taking wedding photographs, from lakeside hills and flower gardens to lush landscape and rustic architecture. We also provide our limousine golf cart to take the bridal party to take onto the course after the ceremony for photographs.
The newly renovated clubhouse is set upon acres of rolling greens, providing a beautiful view as guests watch the sun go down during cocktail hour. The brand new flat screen TVs in our grill room are perfect for a cocktail hour slideshow to entertain your guests while you are taking pictures on the course. Guests will relax and mingle on our covered patio while being served an array of delicious hand passed hors d’ouevres.
Newly remodeled, the ballroom décor is a spacious room in neutral beige to accommodates any color scheme. When it comes to setup, you are guaranteed at least 2 hours before the start of the event to bring in and set up your decorations, and our staff is happy to help as necessary. If no events are occurring at Falcon’s Fire the evening prior to the event, we may allow you to begin the day before if possible, so you can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest.
Our extensive menu offers selections that will appeal to different palates. From cocktail and appetizer receptions to plated meals, we can customize a menu to best suit your unique needs and budget. We will also provide a list of our preferred vendors, who have proven records of professionalism and outstanding service.
An onsite coordinator will help guide you through the planning process, and will be present on the day of your event to ensure that all the details are perfect. The success of your wedding day is of utmost importance to our entire staff. From beginning to end, we will provide the service and attention that makes the difference between a nice event, and an outstanding one.
